At Apache Foot & Ankle Specialists, we take time to listen, examine, and build a recovery plan that fits you. Conservative treatment first, surgery only when truly needed — with over two decades of experience right here in Centennial Hills.
Tell us a little about what's going on and we'll get back to schedule a visit.
A sharp pull in your heel on that first morning step. A toe that throbs every time your shoe hits the pavement on the Summerlin trails. A diabetic wound that just isn't healing on its own. Whether you're walking the Red Rock loop, on your feet all shift at Mountain View Hospital, or just trying to get through the workday, foot and ankle problems chip away at everything else.
The harder part is figuring out where to even start — and worrying that walking in means walking out scheduled for surgery you may not need.
From routine nail care to surgical reconstruction, we evaluate each patient individually and start with the least invasive treatment that fits the diagnosis.
Targeted care for plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and arch pain — including stretching plans, orthotics, and injections when appropriate.
Routine diabetic foot checks, ulcer care, and limb-preservation strategies — an area where Dr. Wittenberg has extensive training.
Ankle sprains, fractures, and overuse injuries — plus reconstructive foot and ankle surgery when conservative care isn't enough.
Dr. Lee Wittenberg has been caring for Las Vegas patients since 2006 and has more than 24 years of clinical experience. He completed one of the most thorough surgical residencies available at the Miami Veterans Hospital, training across podiatric medicine, diabetic wound care, limb salvage, sports medicine, and forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgery.
His practice philosophy is straightforward: listen carefully, examine thoroughly, treat conservatively when appropriate, and recommend surgery only when it's the right answer for the patient in front of him. Dr. Wittenberg is fluent in English and Spanish.
Clear next steps, no pressure. Here's what happens when you reach out.
